東龍島(Tung Lung Island)又名東龍洲，古稱「南堂」，位於佛堂門以南，小西灣以東島嶼。島上設有東龍島砲台特別地區，還有「斷崖」、「潛龍吐珠」、「噴水岩」等奇觀。每逢週末前來郊遊、露營、攀石的遊人多不勝數。
